  • Delays: Please note that processing time may vary during peak periods, holidays, or due to product availability. In the rare event that your order is delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet the needs of our customers. Shipping times are calculated from the time your order is shipped, not from when it is placed.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days.
  • Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times for international orders can vary based on the destination and customs processing. Typically, international orders take 7–14 business days.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, customs procedures, and third-party carriers.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery method selected and the destination of your order. The total shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: A standard fee applies based on your location and the selected shipping method.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all U.S. states.
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping charges, customs fees, and duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. For more information on international shipping availability, please contact our customer support team.
  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track the status of your order directly on the carrier’s website or by visiting your order page on GetTopix. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to be reflected after shipment.

6. Missing or Damaged Items

If your order is missing items or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution, which may include sending replacements or issuing a refund for the missing or damaged items.

  • Damaged Items: Please report any damaged items within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or other information to process your claim.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 10 business days. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered.

7. Address Accuracy

It is important that you provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please double-check your order details, especially the shipping address, before completing your purchase. If you notice any errors after placing your order, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to make corrections before the item ships.
