At GetTopix, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your pillow, we offer a simple and transparent Refund and Returns Policy. Please read the details below for information on how to return or exchange your items.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for pillows purchased on our website within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The pillow must be unused and in its original condition (unopened packaging, no damage, and no signs of use).
- The pillow must be returned in its original packaging, if applicable.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
If the product does not meet the eligibility criteria or has been used, it may not be accepted for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at support@gettopix.com or call us at 910-847-8247 to request a return authorization. Be sure to include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Package the Item: Carefully package the item(s) you are returning, including all accessories, manuals, and any other materials that were originally included.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect. For your protection, we recommend using a traceable shipping method with insurance, as GetTopix is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned pillow(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Refund Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date we receive the item. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.
- Refund Rejection: If the return is rejected due to ineligibility (such as used or damaged items), we will notify you and return the product to you at your expense.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items), we will cover the return shipping cost.
4. Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange your pillow for a different style, size, or color, we encourage you to initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. Unfortunately, we are unable to process direct exchanges through our system.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If your pillow arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@gettopix.com with a description of the issue and photos of the damage. We will offer a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost, along with a prepaid return label for the damaged product.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:
- Items purchased from third-party sellers or platforms outside of our official website.
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Personalized or custom-made pillows (if applicable).
7. Special Conditions
- Sale Items: Sale or discounted items are also eligible for return, but may be subject to different conditions or timelines, as stated in the product’s description.
- Gift Purchases: If you received a pillow as a gift and wish to return it, you can exchange it for store credit or a replacement, depending on the product condition and original purchase details.
